100 LBS Weight Vest (36 weighted bars included totaling 90 lbs). This is a premium quality adjustable weight vest. From the photo, it looks like any other vest, but our built quality is far superior. Weight vest is heavy; It cannot be constructed like normal clothing. The threads used have to be durable - This vest uses heavy weight nylon thread with dense 7 stitches per inch.

The fabric has to be strong - The vest uses 2 layers of nylon fabric with foam padding sandwiched inside for comfort. This is important; some vest is made of nylon mesh or no padding. The individual weight bag fit snugly in the pocket so it does not move around while running. Our pocket is closed with Velcro that can force the weight bag to fit tightly into their pockets. We uses iron ore sand that is dense and heavy - minimize the weights volume - They are double sealed. One layer of thick plastic bag + 1 nylon bagging over it. Note: Iron ore sand is different from the beach sand. Beach sand is light and made up primarily aluminum silicate. They are much lighter than iron ore sand.
