Listing is for an antique 20 lb hexagonally shaped covered wagon / horse tether with a 3-foot attached chain tether, and a U. Army pancake lock on the other end. The lock was likely made between 1890 - 1920, and may have been used in WW1. The 20 lb tether weight is marked with a maker, but I can't make out the letters for sure. Where X is a letter I can't make out, it looks something like, X.
