Antique Three Legged Cast Iron Bean Pot Kettle Cauldron #8. This three legged cast iron cauldron is marked #8 on the bottom. This is a family estate item from antique collectors. There is no other printing onto the pot.

One can see the gate mark on the bottom. The pot measures 8 inches high including the legs. It is a little over 10 inches in diameter. The family never used this for cooking.

It was displayed on their fireplace hearth. There is a small mold deformity on the inside near the bottom (see pictures). There are no cracks seen on the outside. There is a line around the bottom that looks like a scrape make.
