In overall good used cosmetic condition with signs of wear from use and age including scratches, scuffs, paint worn away, minor surface rust on the top of the scale, and minor discoloration to the brass on the front of the scale. In good working order, is not 100 percent accurate but does a pretty good job considering its age.
