Skillet was lye bath cleaned and seasoned once with canola oil for one hour at 400 degrees. So you might want to season a couple more times. Cooking surface is smooth with minimal signs of wear. There is a small area of carbon staining in bottom. Please look at pictures carefully to judge condition for yourself.
