There is light dirt/dust as shown. All original - missing the mounting flange (see photos 5 & 11). Lettering is readable but a little worn. Manufactured by Fairbanks & Morse Co. Circa 1913, these weights were commonly used as a counterbalance on the Eclipse windmill. 10 1/2" Wide x 6 1/2" Tall x 2 1/4 Depth & Weighs approx.
