Cast Iron Skillet Mystery Marking 379 Possible Griswold 11 1/4 Dual Spout. Great condition collectible cast iron skillet. No major damage chips, cracks, or breaks.

Wear from age, storage, and use. Little bit of pitting on the inside bottom. Should fill in nicely with a little use and building up the seasoning coat. The skillet was stripped down and has 6 layers of grapeseed oil seasoning. The first several photos are taken with the pan dry.

The last couple a light coat of food grade mineral oil was applied. The only marking is the " 379 " on the bottom. Research and reading up on this skillet you will have to decide for yourself. 2 1/4" tall 11 1/4" diameter. 12 1/8 wide with spouts. 16 1/8 long with handle. 2 1/8" deep, 9 1/2" cooking area diameter.
