This is a very nice heavy-duty decorative tree stand for your holiday celebrations. The colors, although they show chips in the paint, are still very vibrant. This is stamped 11 on the bottom.

There are runs in the paint, and there is rust and pitting that is painted over. The overall structure of the stand is solid. There are no visible cracks or rewelds.
