Vintage 3 Notch LODGE #8 Cast Iron CHICKEN FRYER DEEP SKILLET W/Lid Restored. Chicken fryer and lid have been stripped down to bare metal using electrolysis and reseasoned at least three times with vegetable oil. Both are ready to use. Chicken fryer sits dead flat, fryer is 3" deep, 10 1/8" wide, 16 5/8 long. Fryer has assist tab, heat ring, the cooking surface has no pitting, does have utensil marks. Lid has the basting Drips, marked inside 10 1/4, 8. Chicken fryer has the three notch heat ring, marked No.
